为满足风场对风速测量的需求,研制了基于FPGA的激光雷达测风系统高速信号采集处理模块,负责对激光雷达回波信号采集、快速傅里叶变换(FFT)及频谱数据累加平均运算。将采集到的1 024点回波数据通过流模式、块浮点结构FFT运算,分别得到单次频谱数据和1 024次累加平均频谱数据,并利用数据传输模块可靠传输至上位机进行显示与分析。通过搭建工作波长为1 550 nm的连续相干激光雷达测风系统,对信号采集处理模块进行指标测试和累加平均滤波算法验证。测试结果表明:该采集处理模块能够在100 MHz时钟下对回波信号实时采集处理,频谱分辨率达到97.66 kHz,将风速测量精度提升至7.57 cm/s。

大型风电机组轮毂处的有效风速难以直接测量,传统的风速估计方法具有滞后性,而泰勒冻结湍流假设忽略了激光雷达测量点到轮毂处的风场结构变化,影响了测量数据的准确性。针对上述问题,利用自回归移动平均与外源输入(Armax)模型对风演变过程进行建模。采用粒子群优化算法来估计模型参数,并对常规粒子群算法的惯性权重进行改进以防止陷入局部最小值。为确保风电系统控制动作的实时性、快速性,根据所建立的模型对轮毂处有效风速提前一步预测。运用Fast和Matlab/Simulink软件,以平均风速为7 m/s、湍流强度为A类级别的风况为例进行联合仿真,仿真结果表明,所提方法具有较高的实时性和准确性,比传统的风速估计方法效果更佳。

提出了应用于周界安防的基于后向瑞利散射光空间差分干涉的光纤分布式振动传感监测方案。环境振动信号引起传感光纤的相位变化, 含有相位信息的后向瑞利散射信号注入到非平衡迈克尔逊干涉仪, 实现了后向瑞利散射信号的空间差分干涉, 光纤分布式振动传感监测完成相位信号的解调, 提高了系统的灵敏度。该系统能够实时监测入侵者的行走路线和速率以及模拟挖掘的距离的判断, 实现了15 dB的信噪比以及35 m的探测距离。

Fiber laser hydrophones have got widespread concerns due to the unique advantages and broad application prospects. In this paper, the research results of the eight-element multiplexed fiber laser acoustic pressure array and the interrogation system are introduced, containing low-noise distributed feedback fiber laser (DFB-FL) fabrication, sensitivity enhancement packaging, and interferometric signal demodulation. The frequency response range of the system is 10 Hz-10 kHz, the laser frequency acoustic pressure sensitivity reaches 115 dB re Hz/Pa, and the equivalent noise acoustic pressure is less than 60μPa Hz1/2. The dynamic range of the system is greater than 120 dB.

地埋式入侵监测系统具有隐蔽性强、受自然因素影响小、误报率低、识别概率高等特点, 在入侵监测中具有重要作用。介绍了将光纤传感用于入侵监测的主要技术方案, 阐述了光纤分布式振动传感(DVS)系统和光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)振动传感系统的工作原理。对这两种系统进行了人员入侵监测实验。结果表明, DVS系统的有效探测范围可达到10~15 m, 空间分辨率约为20 m; FBG振动传感系统的最大有效探测距离超过75 m。对比和评估了这两种系统的关键性能, 展望了地埋式光纤入侵监测系统的应用方向。

基于光纤光栅传感理论设计了一种应用于周界安防的低频振动传感器。采用商用解调仪OPD4000对传感器的灵敏度进行了测试, 在10~100Hz频率范围内, 传感器灵敏度高于1000pm/g。基于非平衡迈克尔逊干涉仪相位载波调制(PGC)解调技术搭建了一套光栅传感器解调系统, 实现对传感器低频振动信号的高精度实时解调, 使得该系统可广泛应用于机场、监狱、油库、核场所等重要区域的周界安防中。

针对高灵敏度的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)振动传感器的抗冲击可靠性,设计了一种具有限振结构的双悬臂梁型FBG振动传感器,理论分析了结构参数与灵敏度和振动位移的关系,进行了结构优化,确定了限振幅度。制作了限振幅度约为90 μm的传感器样品,对传感器的加速度灵敏、频率响应、抗冲击性能进行了测试,结果表明,传感器的加速度灵敏度达到525 pm/g,谐振频率约为66 Hz,传感器经过50 g反复冲击,频响特性具有良好重复性,表明传感器具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract
A high-performance compact vibration sensor based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is designed. The acceleration sensitivity of the FBG vibration sensor is measured to be larger than 30 pm/g. From 10 Hz to 250 Hz, a quite flat frequency-response curve can be obtained with additional damping, which suppresses the resonance peak effectively. A phase-generated carrier (PGC) demodulation technique realized by compact reconfigurable input and output (RIO) system is applied in our sensing system.

A sensor array system formed by arranging four asymmetric distributed-feedback fiber lasers (DFB-FL) in ascending order according to their slope efficiencies was proposed. The output flatness could be effectively improved with the application of asymmetric DFB-FLs. The last element had almost the same output with the others although it obtained the smallest pump power. The relative intensity noise (RIN) and relaxation oscillation frequency of the sensor array were also analyzed. It is found that the relaxation oscillation frequency of a certain DFB-FL was relevant to its relative position in the array. And the RIN of a certain DFB-FL was always affected by the other elements in the array, which was not dependent on the order of their arrangement.
